Position Description

Registered Nurse

We have multiple roles available for Registered Nurses in the ICU, Med-Surg/Telemetry and Stepdown Unites. The RNs will deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan- from infants to geriatric patients. They will assess, diagnose and develop individualized patient care plans, working collaboratively with ancillary staff to uphold professional nursing standards. This opportunity is at a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system providing medical services in virtually every specialty.

Responsibilities

Perform full-scope nursing assessments and documentation
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Provide leadership within the unit and act as a role model for peers

Qualifications

BSN and an active RN license in the State of Oklahoma are required.
BLS and NIHSS certifications required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire).
Minimum of 6-months of nursing experience required for ICU and Stepdown roles.
